We first purchase brand new factory GM hood strikers and have them triple chrome plated. Each pair of hood strikers comes with all new stainless hardware included with each pair. (No core is required).Triple chrome plating process is more time consuming which costs more, but the end result is worth it. Once installed on your hood next to the black hood pad gives the underside of the hood a nice finishing touch.
